Model Scouts

Model scouts are always looking for new models. A Scout usually works freelance for a modeling agency and is partly also internationally in search of new faces. A modeling scout works indirectly around the clock, because he/she keeps a look out for new models daily. Normally a model scout is paid with an agreed transfer fee for new discoveries. There are other internal agrements, eg a certain reduction of the commission when the model get jobs.
