Chanel in Paris – The master of tweed relied on tweed covered invitations and stage set. This show was a tribute to the historicity of the house in fashion and its signature designs. Designer Virginie Viard put the focus on today’s trends, namely bright colors and stacked accessories.
At the invitation of Virginie Viard, Pharrell Williams opened the show with an exclusive track unveiled in a short film directed by Xavier Veillant. Musician and Chanel ambassador, he returned to his roots and used one of his early musical talents, playing drums.
