Jaslene Gonzalez: The 8th America’s Next Topmodel
Jaslene Gonzalez is a model, television host and winner of the 8th cycle America’s Next Topmodel. She was born in Puerto Rico on the 29th of May 1986. She grew up in Chicago and attended the Notre Dame High School for Girls. Prior to ANTM she was an online college admissions advisor. After winning the show she worked with the New York Post, US Weekly, In Touch Weekly, had a 6-page issue in the Vibe Vixen magazine, was the cover girl of some magazines, walked in countless runways and filmed TV commercials for CoverGirl. Nowadays she hosts event on a Spanish channel called ‘Yeah!’. She partnered with Liz Claiborne and the National Domestic Violence Hotline. With them she worked on the “Love Is Not Abuse” campaign, to spread awareness for teen dating violence. In 2010 she switched roles with Tyra and became a guest judge for Miss Malaysia.
